Keyboard Hot KeysDefault Hot Keys You can enter data quickly into DreamCalc Pro by using the keyboard, and most commonly used functions have a keyboard 'hot key'. When you press a button on your keyboard, you will see the corresponding button on the calculator depress, thus helping you to learn key strokes by trial and error. Note that the 'SHIFT' key on the keyboard maps to [SHIFT] on the calculator keypad, so to enter [sin-1], you would simply press 'SHIFT', followed by 'S'. If your keyboard doesn't have a numeric keypad, a laptop for example, alternate arithmetic keys are available in the alpha (main) section of the keyboard, see below. In addition, commonly used main menu options can be accessed via function key combinations, allowing you to change settings at the touch of a button. Default Hot Keys
Base-n Hot KeysIn base-n mode, keys 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', 'E' and 'F' can be used to enter the corresponding hexadecimal value. Financial Hot KeysIf you use the calculator's financial functions, you can configure it to override certain keys, giving you keyboard access to the TVM functions, below. To do this, check the 'Financial Hot Key Override' option in the Options Window.
